When you arrive at ModulArt house, you park your car on our dedicated garage parking spot which is right by the entrance of the house near the famous ‘buddy bear Berlin’, painted by Artist Leda Luss Luyken. There is no way you can miss that!

The lake is easily accessible on foot but getting around the area is preferable by car or bike. A bus stop is also located nearby which connects you to the closest railway station ‘Starnberg Nord’.
