Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, without giving any reason. Within the EU, we cover the shipping cost, from outside of the EU, you are responsible for shipping + fees.

The revocation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, from outside the EU please ship the items you wish to the following address:

EU Shipping Label:
You can manage your return here, or, in order to receive a returns shipping label from us, please contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return. Feedback on why you are returning said items to us will help us out a great deal, but it is not mandatory.

You can always contact us for any return questions at contact1@peppermintproducts.com. In case more than 30 days have passed, or the item is damaged, contact us to see if we can find a solution outside our returns policy.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, for example the 'Hotel Hangers'). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Contact us in case you are sending an item back for an exchange, then we will ship a new item instead of sending you a refund.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your initial payment method without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service17@peppermintproducts.com.
