LK15 is a unique apartment located in the city center of Athens which has turned today into a multicultural place, full of people, diversity, ideas, and contrasts.
When Peppermint was still a one-man-show, this apartment became Roman Luyken’s first dedicated Design Studio. Like Grenouille in the ‘Perfume’ of Süskind, Roman would lock himself inside to develop new products. It was exactly this seclusion back in 2016 that saved Peppermint from its almost certain demise.

This is of course history, and we, at Peppermint, are proud of our past. Today the LK15 is furnished with many of Peppermint’s prototype furniture and home accessories. LK15 is a designer home featuring objects of many popular brands such as Apple, Coca Cola, and Swatch. LK15 is the ideal work/living space if you want to get lost in the noises of the city but at the same time enjoy the tranquility of a design space.

    Dimensions: LK15 is located in the urban heart of Athens, near Plateia Amerikis. Omonoia square is 17 minutes away by public transportation, whereas Syntagma Square is only 30 minutes away.

    Commuting from here will be a piece of cake. Bus stops taking you to Omonoia and Syntagma square are only 2 minutes away whereas the closest Athens Metro station ‘Aghios Nikolaos’ is only 10 minutes away on foot.     |

    For how long can I book this location?
    The minimum period to book the LK15 apartment is one week, but we also welcome you to stay for a few months or more based on availability. Feel free to email us if you are interested and we will make it happen.

    There are several public and private hospitals around, such as Evaggelismos hospital. In case of urgent transportation to a hospital call 166.

    Is there a grocery store nearby?
    There are several supermarkets and grocery stores near the building, from supermarkets and bakeries to Asian/African grocery stores, some of them being only some seconds away on foot.

    Are pets allowed?
    Your little friends are welcome in our space however please make sure that the furniture and art are kept well away from them to avoid any risk of damage.
