What is the time of delivery?
The expected delivery time is usually 2 days for Germany, 5 to 10 days for EU and up to 2 weeks for the rest of the world.

We ship all our orders with DHL for the most reliable service.

Are parcels tracked?
Yes, all shipments include tracking to ensure it actually reaches you successfully.

What is the cost of postage?
Shipping is calculated by the parcel weight. As this is quite complex, It is calculated for you at checkout.

Is delivery duty paid?
If you are in Switzerland, the US, the UK or Norway, the delivery duty is added at your order at checkout. This way you don't have the hassle of paying for that seperatelyand waiting longer to receive your package. If your parcel is going to another country outside the EU, expect to pay import tax.

What is the telephone number?
This will help us a lot with the delivery if the driver can not find you at your destination.


 

Delivery times

We ship from Germany. Order in the morning on a working day and it usually goes out the same day; any other time, within 24 hours. Friday afternoon orders wait for Monday — weekends are for sailing, not sorting parcels. The figures below are calendar days from the moment you place your order — weekends and holidays included — built from real delivery data and rounded up, so you’re never left waiting longer than we said. Fastest we’ve clocked, what’s typical, and the outer edge for when customs or a rough week has its say.

Shipping rates

Every order ships with DHL — the most reliable way we’ve found to get your ropes to your door. On a few routes — Greece and Italy especially — DHL hands the parcel to a local forwarder for the final stretch. When that happens you’ll be given a new tracking number by that carrier: follow that one, it’s the honest account of where your package actually is, and the surest way to make sure it reaches you. And we only ever ship tracked — we’ve waved goodbye to enough untracked parcels to know it’s not a gamble worth taking, for you or for us.

FAQ

I don't want to place the cedar disks on my hangers, but still need their protection. Can I use them in a different way?

Of course, you can alternatively spread the disks across your closet or cupboard or put them altogether in a corner, always being careful that they are not in direct contact with your clothes. They are also ideal for drawers, shoes or bathrooms or to pack away your winter blankets.

For how long will the protection of the moth repellent last?

Just like perfume, the cedar wood scent fades over time. If you feel that the smell is no longer strong enough, you can gently sand the wood over its entire surface to relaunch the aromas - this allows the ring to
regain its full repellency. Alternatively, you may apply a drop of cedar essential oil to each disc.

How many cedar wood disks should I place in my closet?

It is recommended to place between 3 and 5 discs per cabinet, avoiding that they are covered by clothes. In the drawers, 1 or 2 discs are recommended.

Can I use the cedar rings on other hangers?

The rings are sized specifically for Peppermint rope products - they're designed to sit perfectly on the rope section of our hangers, hooks and loop ropes. They won't fit standard wooden or plastic hangers.
