Returns & refunds
30 days to change your mind. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Start your return in your customer account at account.peppermintproducts.com: open the order and choose “Request return”.
Return shipping

• Within the EU: returns are free. Once your return is approved, we e-mail you a prepaid DHL return label.
• Outside the EU (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway): you can return your order too, but you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Once your return is approved, we e-mail you our return address. We recommend a tracked shipment. Any customs duties or fees on the return are also yours to pay.

If you return your whole order, we also refund your original shipping cost.
Condition. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Not returnable. Custom-made items, such as Hotel Hangers and Custom Length Loop Ropes.
Business orders (B2B). Orders placed as a business are not eligible for returns.
Refunds. As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we refund you to your original payment method, at the latest within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
