All payments are processed through Shopify Payments over an encrypted (SSL) connection. Shopify is certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest standard in the payments industry — and handles your card details directly, so they're never stored on our end.

We ship your order within 24 hours, with DHL collecting packages daily at 11:00 a.m. Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. (German time) typically ship the same day. On Mondays or during special promotions, we may need an extra day—thank you for your patience!

Delivery times:
• Germany: Usually within 2 days.
• EU: Up to 10 days (or 2 weeks during Christmas).
• Outside the EU: Times vary, and duties may apply.
