The problem

If your answer was yes, then I’ve noticed there are basically two ways to place your TV. Mount it on the wall, which means drilling holes you might not be allowed to drill and committing to one spot forever.
Or put it on a TV cabinet. You know, that big piece of furniture that takes up space and turns the TV into the centre of the room.

My idea

A TV stand that gives you the look of a wall-mounted TV, without a single hole in the wall. I don't think the TV should be the centre of any room, so the stand has to be simple and discreet, with nothing extra. And if you prefer to place your TV in the middle of a room? It should look good from the back, too.

How it works

I imagined a slim, powder-coated steel frame that holds the TV at a comfortable viewing height. It takes up very little floor space, it’s sturdy, and because nothing is fixed to the wall, it moves with you: living room this year, bedroom next year, a new home after that.
