When you arrive at ModulArt house, you park your car on our dedicated garage parking spot which is right by the entrance of the house near the famous ‘buddy bear Berlin’, painted by Artist Leda Luss Luyken. There is no way you can miss that!

The lake is easily accessible on foot but getting around the area is preferable by car or bike. A bus stop is also located nearby which connects you to the closest railway station ‘Starnberg Nord’.

Lake Starnberg is one of the most popular places in Bavaria to spend quality time by the nature. It is only 20 minutes from central Munich and 45 minutes from Munich airport by car. |

How long can I stay?
The minimum period to book the ModulArt house is one week, but we also welcome you to stay for a few months or more based on availability. Feel free to email us if you are interested and we will make it happen.

In case of emergency, Klinikum Starnberg is only 11 minutes away by car.

Is there a grocery store nearby?
There are several supermarkets and grocery stores near the house, the closest one being 3 minutes away by car.

Are pets allowed?
Your little friends are welcome in our space however please make sure that the paintings are kept well away from them to avoid any risk of damage.
