Job Profile: Personal Assistant - Remote
Our founder urgently needs a "right hand" to have his back so that he can do what propels us forward.

Working Hours / Location:

  • 30 - 40 hours per week, Remote (Athens preferred)


Responsibilities:

  • Interface with external partners and clients
  • Support in the execution of strategic projects
  • Handling special tasks and research
  • Order management and accounting activities
  • Office organization and travel management
  • Proofreading texts in German


Your Skills:

  • Fluent in English, German, and Greek (preferred)
  • Digital native, comfortable with Google Workspace
  • Competent in accounting and dealing with authorities
